Effective project management means that clients can get on with their day-to-day lives with the peace of mind that progress is being driven forward. Each project is undertaken with clear goals, deadlines and the same meticulous attention to detail paid to managing budgets as creating striking polished results.

Should you wish to go ahead there are usually three key stages:

Stage 1.  An initial meeting at the property to discuss your ambitions / budget and the scope of what is possible. A loose guide quote can be drawn up for you to work with where upon we can discuss all options and priorities. This takes around 2 hours to get a rough plan together.

 

Stage 2. This is where we put together a more complete schematic for the property, this may include examining Architect Drawings, Structural Surveys, Planning Permission, 

Building Control enquiries and the types of finish required - is this for your long term home, a flip or maybe just in readiness to be marketed to let? You may have requested that we source materials and fittings or just build only! 

Stage 3.  With the timings all set out you can go about your daily business checking in as often as you wish. The works will commence along a well defined path, with progress reports every 2 days we count off the days until you sign off to enjoy the results.
